What exactly is Ghee?

Ghee is made by slowly simmering butter to remove the milk solids and moisture so that you are left with a pure butter oil. This oil is perfect for cooking, spreading and using as you would butter or oil. The high smoke point means that unlike olive oil and coconut oil, ghee can be heated to a high point with out losing any of its nutrients.

How to Use

Where ever you would use an oil to cook in, replace it with ghee. Use Goddess ghee as an addition to your morning and evening drink like golden milk or perfect to finish a chai tea. You could also spread it on crumpets, pancakes or poached fruit and porridge.


Oil of butter ( from milk) Ashwagandha, Mallow Root, Shatavari, Liqourice Root, Vanilla Bean and a little cinnamon finished with dried flower petals.
