Directly on yourself, you can lay down and listen to a guided mediation and place the stones on the chakra points of the front of your body.  You can have them beside your bed while you are sleeping, place them around your yoga mat or around you when you are relaxing. You can hold them individually while sitting quietly and be still to see what thoughts rise to the surface. Cleanse and recharge your crystals under the full moon. Lay them directly onto the ground the day of the full moon and leave for 24 hours before bringing them into your space to nurture your soul.
